• We value your relationship with your customer
• Your customer registration will be valid for a period of six months and 
• You don’t need to be onsite with your customer after your initial visit
• Your customer registration is valid for a period of six months unless your customer returns with a different agent

We Pay Full Commission

• We pay on the final sales price not the base price of the home without options

Repeat Business Incentive

• If you close on more than one LC Home within a twelve month period we will pay an additional $1,000 incentive on the first closing and an additional $1,000 incentive for each additional closing.
