The Ridge at Mariana Butte

The Ridge is a 48 lot, new home golf course community in Loveland, Colorado. The Ridge is the last subdivision in the original Mariana Butte General Development Plan. The community features 18 estate lots on the northwest side overlooking the 15th Fairway and 30 single family lots on the southeast side overlooking the 14th Green, and 10th & 18th Fairways.
