LC Home is proud to be recognized by the United States Environmental Protection agency for outstanding commitment to building energy-efficient homes accross Northern Colorado!

Every year, home builders are recongized for a commitment to building Energy Star certified homes and contributing to healthier, energy-efficient communities across. In 2017, LC Home constructed 73 Energy Star certified homes in our Northern Colorado housing developments. This is equivalent to reducing CO2 emissions by 108 metric tons, or:

>Growing 2,701 tree seedlings for 10 years

>Avoiding the consumption of 245 barrels of oil

>Removing 23 passenger vehicle from the road
